Hyde Park Apartments

This project is a substantial refurbishment and extension of a 30,000 sqft Grade II listed building in the Bayswater Conservation Area, just north of Hyde Park. It involves an elegant 6 storey new addition to the rear of the building, restoration of the original facades, as well as a full renovation of the interior to create 11 luxury apartments. Finding a balance between heritage and sustainability has been central to every aspect of the building's design. By following Whole Life Carbon principles to sensitively adapt and improve the listed fabric, the building's energy use will be reduced by 66% over the next 60 years.
